The site is excellent and modern, shipping was very fast and the items were shipped in a hard box, so no risk of them getting squished and exploding on route (I've had that happen with other companies). I'll definitely be buying again.
Took this larger size on a running trip and not having a million individually packaged fueling sources was really great. Loved the flavour, reminded me of honeycomb actually, texture is great and no stomach upset or gel fatigue. These will be a regular for my long runs
Delicious flavours, have been using the ginger for ages, but finally tried peach mango and green apple and stoked on them. Always easy to stomach as someone who struggles to get in enough fuelling
These gels are amazingggg! The ginger flavour is so mild so it really prevents flavour fatigue and also really is gentle on the tummy! I also absolutely love the packaging and appreciate the cost effectiveness of a bigger gel container! I cannot say enough good things about groundspeed!
I have to admit, these are great! I'm 63 years old and it's only recently I have got into fueling my runs, following advice from my daughter! It's a game changer. Not only am I stronger on my runs, the recovery is so much quicker!
I thought the Green Apple was going to be my favourite until I tried the mild ginger. So tasty and easy to eat. Now if only I could run as fast as Carlos was in getting the gels over to me!
